MONOS

A squad of teenage soldiers is put through its paces in the mountains of a nameless Latin American country. Between drills, they tend to a cow, guard their American hostage, and have tentative sex. But events spiral out of their control in this often surreal allegory, enhanced by Mica Levi’s unsettling score.
