WHAT'S SO BAD ABOUT FEELING GOOD?
George Seaton
US, 1968, VO ENG, 94'
Life imitates art. This American comedy of the sixties may have been forgotten – but it’s currently more relevant than ever!
New York is in thrall of a COVID-esque pandemic. A virus circulates, claiming thousands of new victims every day. The big difference with our present is that the virus doesn’t make people ill.. It just stops them from feeling bad. People stop smoking, drinking, working.. The city descends into chaos and the virus has to be stopped no matter what. Heavy lockdowns, mandatory facemasks, nobody is allowed to enter or leave.. But what happens when a group of rebellious non-comformists, armed with the virus, resist the government mandate? Will a vaccine be developed in time, or will the virus become unstoppable?
Covid safe pass required for entry.
